| Description: | A county wide pilot program addressing the full spectrum of Balanced and Restorative Justice; offender, community, and victim. This program is one outcome of the Belknap County Juvenile Justice Initiative headed by the local district court judge and county and state juvenile justice officials. Its mission is to provide a second level of diversion to adjudicated or high-risk youth using graduated sanctions and accountability in conjunction with a strength-based philosophy. | ||
